Lieutenant General (Retired) R. Scott Dingle- Non Executive Chairman

Non Executive Chairman - Lieutenant General (retired) Raymond “Scott” Dingle is the U.S. Army’s 45th Surgeon General. He retired on 1 March 2024 as The Surgeon General and the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Medical Command in Washington, D.C. He is a strategic leader who served for over 35 years to include two combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He has commanded / led an Army Medicine Team that consisted of over 120,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors. He previously served as the Deputy Surgeon General and Deputy Commanding General (support) in the U.S. Army Medical Command in Falls Church, VA and San Antonio, TX. General Dingle has earned 9 promotions in the U.S. Army and has held leadership positions for around the world to include service in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Germany. He has consistently established standards for leadership excellence (led over 122,000 personnel), health care management, medical research and development, recruiting, sustainment, and operations ($22 billion budget) and has earned 18 awards/ medals for distinguished service. General Dingle is a Distinguished Military Graduate of Morgan State University where he played football and ran track. His degrees include a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Military Arts and Science from the School of Advanced Military Studies, and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College. He was commissioned in 1988 as a Medical Services Corps officer and culminated his 35-year historic career as the United States Army Surgeon General (3 Star General).

Chris Thorpe- COO

Chris Thorpe, the Chief Operating Officer at the Cromtec Group, brings a remarkable 27-year history in Business Development to his role. He demonstrates exceptional prowess in identifying and leveraging market opportunities, particularly in the digital distribution and environmental IAQ sectors. His entrepreneurial spirit has driven the scaling of businesses and guided them to market leadership positions. Chris holds a degree in telecommunications from Penn State University, where he was also a member of the 1986 National Champion PSU football team, showcasing his teamwork and determination. His academic and athletic backgrounds have profoundly influenced his professional methodology and leadership style. A significant achievement in Chris's career is the founding and expansion of a digital distribution company, which under his leadership, became the second-largest in its sector. He has built strong sales networks, forming over 26 national sales channel partners, and has a proven track record of driving significant revenue in competitive environments. In addition to his business acumen, Chris's early career included working as an Assistant Public Relations Officer for the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL, enhancing his expertise in media relations and corporate communications. Specialty is using all forms of technology and “software as a service” to disrupt industries. Combines Engineering and Finance expertise Expertise is in software, telecom, and technology solutions applied to business challenges, across multiple industries and geographies. Successful Exec at AT&T, MCI, Nextel Wireless, XO Communications (web hosting and telecom), XM Satellite Radio (Media), and Stride (Ed Tech) Also served as CFO of MCI Telecommunications during his career.
